| Mienfoo Jolly (+Spd, -Sp.Atk) EVs (252 Atk, 252 Spd 4 HP) Hold Item- Life Orb Ability- Reckless -Fake Out -Hi Jump Kick -Rock Slide -U-Turn Mienfoo makes for a great lead in LC Cause on Fake Out and it does have a decent speed. Even at 5 it may be short of speed like with pokes like Abra & Gastly and etc but Fake Out & U-Turn would be the main uses for this good pokemon here..
Eleyem Quiet (+Sp.Atk -Spd) EVS (252 Sp.Atk, 252 HP 4 Def) Hold Item- Lum Berry/Leftovers Ability- Analytic -Psychic -Nasty Plot -Shadow Ball -Recover A Slow Eleyem makes for a great sweeper espically with Analytic which gifts you with a 30% bosst on all your moves. So you cn also run CM But i like Nasty Plot better. But it get a low speed of 5 or 6 with no IVs & EVs which alot of pokes will surely outspeed Eleyem. But just set up and get ready cause it can wreck people pretty easily.
Carvanha Modest (+Sp.Atk, -Atk) EVS (252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP) Hold Item- Choice Specs/Life Orb Abilty- Speed Boost -Hydro Pump -Dark Pulse -Hidden Power(Flying) -Ice Beam SB Carvanha FTW! Seriously this makes for a good revenge killer in LC. It already has a decent Sp.Atk & Speed range but with Specs it really does work for me. and Speed Boost will basically make me outspeed any LC Poke in the battle, Carvanha seriously can do damage but beware of its frail defense and sp.def and also HP Flying cover the Fightning weakness of Carvanha Aron Impish (+Def, -Sp.Atk) EVS (252 Def, 148 Atk, 148 HP) Hold Item- Leftovers Ability- Sturdy -Stealth Rock -Iron Head -Earhquake -Head Smash Aron makes for a great SR Poke and can deal some good damage to pokes and it can wall a Abra easily. if its dnot run HP Water which would be odd. but i saw that before and was confused. But all you really gotta do is Iron Head & Head Smash together. But dont use Head Smash to much probably for the grand Finale. it would be better t do it that way. and i tried not to be cheap with the Endeavor spam but that could be easily stopped by Will-O-Wisp or Spikes or Stealth Rock easily!! But save Aron for the Last Dance
Numel Bold (+Def, -Atk) EVS (252 Def, 252 Sp.Def, 4 Sp.Atk) Ability- Simple Hold Item- Eviolite -Stockpile -Lava Plume -Rest -Sleep Talk Numel for Simle will allow you to easily get to Plus 6 in Def & Sp.Def which will allow you to sweep easily unless a Crit happens.. Its happend to me alot! But Stockpile w Simple will allow to get plus 2 in Def & Sp.Def instead of one. So 2x3= 6 also Eviolite will give you another 50% that makes for the ulitmate wall ever! When you HP Gets low just rest up. and Sleep Talk and hopefull pull off a few Lava Plume with its 20% of burn which will help you Defenses even more. Trust me Numel is so Pro! Natu Timid (+Spd, -Atk) EVS (252 Sp.Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP) Abilty- Magic Bounce Hold Item- Flame Orb -Psycho Shift -Psychic -Shadow Ball -Trick/Roost Start with Psycho Shift with pokes like a Bagon & Aron i mean you may take damage from your burn but you can trick ot to the next pokemon in waiting or keep it and Roost the damage off and keep doing your STAB Psychic and Shadow Ball for coverage and etc. But Psycho Shift is reall y a safer. and of course Magic Bounce for Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rocks, Status Aliments are all canceled and reversed.

| For memory there was in 4th Gen, not sure about 5th..You couldn't use Meditite, Scyther and someone else in 4th Gen for memory. Although I could be wrong there.
One thing that has to be pointed out about little cup, is that it is extremely, EXTREMELY unlikely to have all your EV training done by lvl 5. Especially if you are training in both defences/special attack. It's just something for people to consider when they agree to matches is all.
*edit*
Forgot to write about the team lolz
One thing to remember in little cup is that there isn't much room for stall battles. The stats just aren't there enough to do it. Even with eviolite, the majority of pokemon can not do much in terms of defense wise.
I would possibly think about switching Numel for another fire type of your choice. Maybe a Ponyta or Growlithe? Just something to consider. Also, can I ask, why Elgyem? Is it a favourite?

| Yes I am fully aware of that Ddog. However my comment was made more for those like Thunderfist, who don't use or can't use such a thing. | |

| Well the first thing I see when looking at this team is that carvanha is banned from lc in gen 5 (scyther, gligar, sneasel, tangela, yanma, misdrevous, meditite, carvanha and vulpix are all banned).
The next thing that I see is that you mention that aron "can wall and abra easily." Most abra that I've seen carry hidden power fighting (which, needless to say, destroys aron).
Also, how important is sturdy for you on aron? generally, I'd be more tempted by the ability to hit things with a recoil-less head smash on the switch thanks to rock head. It should also be noted that aron generally sets up a rock polish, so most people will expect you not to attack anyway as you set up rocks.
It should also be noted that life orb ghastly represents a major threat to your team: natu and elgyem are both ohkod by shadow ball, and carvanha and aron both go down to hp fighting. Mienfoo is afraid of ghastly predicting a hi jump kick, so it can't really abuse its STAB attack without being sure that ghastly wont switch in. Also due to mienfoo's low defenses, it can be outsped and (I believe) it can be taken out to a shadow ball. So if numel dies against a team with a generic LO ghastly (which is on a good portion of teams) then you face a sweep.
Additionally, flash fire and flame absorb pokes (namely houndour, ponyta, and growlithe are the ones im thinking of) can gain either a free turn of set up or the ability to hit a switch in, as they all force even a plus six in both defences numel out.
Thats about all I can think of for now. Um, yeah.
EDIT: I hadn't played lc in a while, and my ban list is a little off. However, carvanha is still banned. The current ban list is Carvanha, Meditite, Scyther, Sneasel, Tangela, Vulpix, Yanma
