| Hey everyone, said i'd do this, earn my mod stripes lol. Ok so guna put down what i know rigth now but this will of course change in the next few days as new positions are awarded, but hopefully will stay constant for a while then. I will post each sections staff in a new post within the thread and then lock the thread, so for changes please just PM me or tell me in chat box, or else i'l prob notice myself anyway,but don't edit yourselves for those that can as will only lose track of things then, thanks. Also removing my sig from these posts as is space consuming and would prob be anoying with scrolling.

Hello guys and gals. As my friend OHKO mentioned above below are the Positions at PokemonLance. When positions become available an announcement will be posted. Some Positions cannot be applied for but will be offered over time. Each position requirements that each member fall under the 333 Rule. The 333 rule is:
30 days with no warnings and rule breaks
3 months as an active member
300 posts minimum
This rule is subject to change per available positions but ONLY by an Admin. We want our staff members to also set the example as active members. If an exception is made for example for a Gym leader position it will be posted on the announcement. Activity and no rule breaks must continue to be shown by a staff member or postion can be removed.

| Administrators - This is the highest position that can be offered but cannot be applied for. The Admins are responsible for Protecting the forum and it's members as a whole as well as making sure the rules are strictly enforced and duties are carried out. They also set the example when it comes to the rules.
How to Apply - This position cannot be applied for but may be awarded over time

| Moderators - The Moderators/Chat Moderators are the police of the forum, protecting the forum and it's members from rule breaks. They also set the example in following the rules themselves. The Chat Mods focus on enforcing rules on chat.

Champion - The Champion resides at the top of the PokemonLance Elite 4 Challenge. The Champion match is a best out of 3 matches. The Champion needs to be able to battle in 4th & 5th Gen to account for challenges in 4th gen. If the current champion loses they are inducted into the Hall of Fame and will have an opportunity to challenge Elite 1 for the chance to become an Elite member. More info on that is posted in the Elite 4 intro.

Elite 4 - The Elite 4 members are the best of the best on the forum. When a position opens up on an announcement members can apply and will be tested in 4th and 5th gen. Elites need to be able to battle in 4th and 5th gen as well as are allowed 3 of one type and 3 wildcards. Wildcards are any other type Pokemon they wish to use to balance their teams. An example would be: Infernape,Charizard,Ninetails, Swampert, Claydol, Venusaur(3 fire types, 3 wildcards). An Elite member can also change their type at any time as long as it is not a type currently in use by another Elite. Elites can cummunicate with other Elites about changing types.
How to Apply - An announcement will be posted when a position becomes available
Frontier Brains - The Frontier Brains are great battlers whose Facilities follow a specific style of battle or theme. An example would be roulette battles or weather teams. The Brain and challenger will need to follow the same rules of the facility. Each facility details the rules or theme.

Gym Leaders - The Gym Leaders accept challenges from members for an opportunity to earn a Gym Badge. Each Gym offers 4th and 5th gen battles for our members. Gym Leaders use 4 of their respective type with 2 wildcards. Gym Leaders are tough battlers and should not be underestimated.
